A Foundation For Equality
eQu is a nonprofit organisation that helps visible and religious minorities, immigrants, refugees, disabled and the LGBTQ find opportunities in professions where they are under-represented, with the purpose of building a more representative and successful workplace and society.
Our current programs focus on partnering with organizations to help accelerate progress for under-represented groups and on providing scholarships to women and men belonging to under-represented groups in select fields.
