The purpose of this project is to build a more representative police force in Spain, by accelerating the presence of under-represented groups, thereby also building a more successful and safer society-at-large.

 

Our action-oriented program involves assisting visible and religious minorities, refugees and immigrants enter into the Spanish police forces by giving them scholarships to institutes that offer preparatory courses, as well as mentoring and guidance from senior police officers.
